Take a clothes bag (preferably semi-clear), and cut away the colour parts-if you don't want your neighbours seeing colour in your window. Cut it to fit the size of your window, plus a little remaining bordor. Take clear duct tape and tape the bag around the window. This is useful in the fall and winter because it holds a lot of cold air in. When summer and spring comes, and you need to open the windows, simply take it off.
